RK Skincare Shipping Policy
At RK Skincare, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or high order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options where available:
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — Free
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days — Shipping fee shown at checkout
Shipping options, delivery times, and prices may vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping zone available at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
RK Skincare is not responsible for customs delays, rejected packages, or extra import charges.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
RK Skincare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at mareskincare0@gmail.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us at mareskincare0@gmail.com with your order number.
We will do our best to assist with the courier investigation, but RK Skincare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier or delays caused by courier/customs issues.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at mareskincare0@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
