Return & Refund Policy
At RK Skincare, operated by RK222 Korean Beauty LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your item is delivered.
If your order contains multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day return period begins on the date the last item in your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be accompanied by your receipt, proof of purchase, or order confirmation.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Please contact us at mareskincare0@gmail.com before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
For eligible customer-initiated returns, a flat return shipping fee of US$3.99 will apply.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, RK Skincare will cover the return shipping costs, and no return shipping fee will be charged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or where required by applicable law.
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products returned after the applicable return period.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, and final sale items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country, including those of the European Union.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mareskincare0@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
We will evaluate your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mareskincare0@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.
International Returns
We accept eligible international returns within the applicable return period.
Customers must contact mareskincare0@gmail.com before sending any return. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
